We are looking for an experienced Retail Shop Assistant to work in our seafood retail operation. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in retail, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As a Shop Assistant having experience in inventory control and cash management will be considered an advantage. Ensuring superior shopping experience for our customers is key.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Implement and maintain merchandising standards to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail within the seafood industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30 pm and Saturdays when required.
- Proficient in retail software.
- Physically fit, as may require heavy lifting
