The Big Group in Sydney is seeking a Lead Operations Manager of Events to oversee day-to-day Front of House operations for our ILUMINA venue. This role is primarily a Monday–Friday schedule with some nights and weekends required for events.
You will manage FOH teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure exceptional service quality across all event spaces, including the 3-level event centre and dining offerings.
