About the role

As the Growth marketing Lead you'll design and own the ad campaign process end-to-end, work to improve marketing strategy utilising data analytics and assist in growing and leading the team. Responsibilities

- Paid acquisition strategy and execution: Own our paid advertising campaigns end-to-end across social media including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn, as well as SEO (Google) marketing funnels
- End-to-End Conversion & Journey Optimisation:



Continually manage and refine the paid advertising funnel to drive down acquisition costs and maximize high-quality booked appointments
- Creative Strategy & Campaign Development: Partner with leadership and content teams to convert market insights into high-performing campaigns by assisting in content development
- Performance Measurement & Growth Accountability: You will be responsible for full-lifecycle ad campaign performance including tracking marketing funnel metrics, communicating actionable insights and strategic next steps, driving business growth
- Strategic Leadership & Scalable Growth: Drive overall business expansion by assisting shaping growth strategies and marketing systems, expanding into new channels and leading the marketing team, growing the company long-term

About you

- Experienced in marketing, communications, or social media content creation (financial services, sales or real estate experience highly regarded)
- Proficiency utilising Meta and Google ad campaign funnels to generate strong leads and conversions
- Demonstratable understanding of ad campaign budgets, conversion analytics and optimisation
- Confident using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for brand voice and detail
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to deliver creative work to deadlines
