You’ll manage works from tender to completion — coordinating trades, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you thrive in a rapid-paced environment and take pride in quality delivery, this is your next step.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in construction project management
- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or similar
- Strong technical building knowledge and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Remedial experience highly regarded
