We are currently recruiting for a guest oriented and dedicatedRoom Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis. As partof your day you will be responsible for the cleaning and resettingof our guest rooms, maintaining our cleaning trolleys and ensuringthey always remain stocked and participating and supporting specialcleaning projects as they arise. Your work will directly impact theguest experience - helping them feel relaxed, valued, and athome.
The day-to-day:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas toNovotel brand standards
Restock amenities and ensure room presentation isguest-ready
Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timelines
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in back-of-house housekeepingareas
Provide friendly and respectful interactions with guests andteam members
Ensure health & safety protocols are followed at all times
Our perfect fit:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotels,hospitals, commercial cleaning, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to highstandards
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for a hands-on role
- Able to work independently and within a supportive team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Friendly and respectful with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to demonstrate and understand safe work practices
- Experience working with chemicals
- Safe manual handling techniques
- Flexible with availability, including weekends and publicholidays
