Indigenous Defence & Infrastructure Consortium (iDiC) is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent services. You will manage interview scheduling, inbox workflow, candidate and contractor experience, ATS upkeep, and onboarding logistics.
This role partners with the Talent Lead and Leadership Team to optimise recruitment processes across Defence, infrastructure and government sectors. Australian citizenship is required.
