Seek is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the Colmslie site’s fresh food manufacturing operations, delivering protected, high‑quality products and achieving production targets.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead a large team of Supervisors and Team Leaders, and collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and P&C; to build a high‑performing culture focused on safety, accountability and manufacturing excellence.
