Desktop Building Assessor - Western Sydney

If you have experience in insurance building claims, estimating or residential construction and enjoy making technical decisions, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing national insurer.

Working as part of a collaborative claims team, you'll review photos, reports and repair quotations to assess residential property damage and determine appropriate repair outcomes. This is a hybrid office/WFH role.

What you'll be doing:

- Review building damage using photos, reports and repair quotations
- Assess repair costs and determine claim outcomes
- Liaise with builders, customers and internal claims teams
- Ensure claims are managed efficiently and accurately
- Prepare claim documentation and maintain quality standards




- Deliver excellent customer outcomes throughout the claims process

What you'll bring:

- Experience in insurance building claims, property claims or assessing
- Building, estimating or residential construction knowledge
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment
