The Salvation Army Australia is seeking an AOD Senior Support Worker to lead on-shift practice and coordinate daily residential operations in Bendigo, Victoria. You will guide crisis responses, manage handovers, and ensure a protected, recovery‑focused environment.

Reporting to the Program Manager, this permanent full‑time role requires leadership of AOD Support Workers, strong communication, and commitment to trauma‑informed care. On‑site work with an on‑call roster.
