About Lifestyle Raceview Health Club

We’re a proudly independent, family-owned gym located in Ipswich, dedicated to providing a welcoming, community-focused fitness setting for both members and staff.

Under new ownership and in an exciting phase of growth, we offer premium facilities, high-performance training equipment, over 20 group fitness classes each week, over 33 reformer pilates class per week and a supportive team culture that encourages both personal and professional development.

Your Role Will Include:

- Creating a warm and professional first impression by welcoming members and guests

- Driving membership growth through engaging tours, follow-ups, and converting leads into sign-ups

- Building strong member relationships to enhance retention and deliver outstanding experiences

- Managing front desk responsibilities including phone/email inquiries and member account administration

- Supporting marketing campaigns, in-club promotions, and social media engagement





- Assisting with daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and overall club presentation

We’re Looking For:

- A genuine commitment to your role and a desire to contribute to a growing team.
- A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and helping people achieve their fitness goals.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships, generating leads and converting enquiries into memberships.
- A results-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
- A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced workplace.
- A team player with professionalism, positivity and a strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for health and fitness industry experience in a sales position.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
