Pathway Talent is seeking an Administration Coordinator to support a Medicare Mental Health Centre in Bondi. You will welcome clients, coordinate appointments, manage records and assist with reporting and invoicing.
The role is permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) reporting to the Clinical Lead and working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a warm, respectful environment while maintaining effective administration.
