HomeMade is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our Quality and Safeguarding team in Australia. You will ensure high-quality services for customers by managing incidents and complaints in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
You will contribute to our internal audit function and help prepare for external audits. You will work with the Quality Manager to develop mitigation strategies, escalate risks, and produce regular reports on feedback and quality outcomes.
