Carma in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Reconditioning Supervisor who will oversee the transition of vehicles out of the Reconditioning Department and ensure every car meets our exacting standards before dispatch.
Based at our St Peters site, you will direct daily priorities for the team, perform quality checks, lead spray painters and panel specialists, and drive continuous workflow improvements to hit production targets.
