Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) is Tasmania’s largest hospital, and Sub-Acute, Aged and Community Services is one of the clinical streams which works across RHH and the Repatriation Centre, District Hospitals, Community Health Centres and community services within the Tasmanian Health Service. The Role





As the Assistant Director of Nursing – Sub-Acute & Aged Services, you will provide strategic, operational and professional nursing leadership across a diverse portfolio of services. Working as a key member of the senior nursing leadership team, you will lead service delivery, workforce development and quality improvement initiatives to ensure protected, effective and patient-centred care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across hospital and community settings, support innovation and service integration, and contribute to achieving strong clinical, operational and organisational outcomes
