The Company

This growing NSW construction company delivers projects across commercial construction, medium-density residential, government infrastructure, remedial construction, civil works, heritage restoration, waterproofing and building upgrades.

Working with government agencies, councils, developers, strata and private clients, the business has established an excellent reputation for quality, collaboration and delivering technically challenging projects throughout New South Wales.

With strong growth plans already underway, they are now seeking an experienced Bid Manager to establish and lead their tendering division while supporting the company's continued expansion.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you will take ownership of the complete tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to contract award.

Responsibilities will include

- Identifying tender opportunities across government and private sectors




- Managing the complete bid and submission process
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
- Preparing high-quality tender submissions and methodologies
- Developing capability statements and submission templates
- Attending client briefings, site inspections and tender interviews
- Building long-term relationships with clients, consultants and procurement teams
- Driving continuous improvement across the tender process

This is a leadership role where your ideas, initiative and commercial expertise will directly influence the future success of the business. The Person To be considered for this role you will require:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Bid Management, Tender Management or Estimating
- Experience delivering successful government and commercial tenders
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple tenders simultaneously
- Stable employment history
- Reliable references
