About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Maroochydore CBD office.

You’ll be responsible for

- Engaging with clients to understand their needs, comparing and recommending tailored insurance options
- Help clients find the right insurance solutions across Home and Contents, Landlord, Motor Vehicle, and other personal insurance products. Experienced brokers may also have the prospect to step into commercial broking, managing leads across Business Packs, SME risks, Construction, Trucks, Plant and Equipment, and more..
- Negotiating with insurers to secure strong outcomes, including complex or hard-to-place risks
- Building long-term client relationships through trusted, compliant advice and excellent service
- Staying current with industry regulations, products, and best practice
