Pathway Talent is seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Peer Worker to join our Community Living Supports Program (CLS) in Blacktown. You will provide culturally secure, recovery‑oriented support to people living with mental health challenges, grounded in culture, community and country.

You bring lived experience, strong communication, and knowledge of trauma‑informed, culturally competent practice.
