Workwearhub in Burleigh Heads, Australia, is seeking an experienced Outbound Team Leader to guide our busy fulfillment warehouse and keep outbound operations running smoothly. This full time role covers 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with shift times 7:30 am–4:00 pm (Mon) and 8:00 am–4:00 pm Tue-Fri.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the outbound team, coordinate picking, packing, dispatch, and courier pickups, and drive continuous improvement in speed and accuracy
