About the Position

Our client is seeking an Family/Criminal Lawyer with 2–3 years PAE to take on a varied and stimulating caseload. This role includes representing private clients across Criminal, and Family Law matters. You will;





- Represent clients in summary and indictable Criminal Law cases, including bail applications and court hearings
- Advise and represent clients in Family Law matters, including divorce, parenting disputes, and property settlements

This position offers extensive client interaction, opportunities to appear in court, and collaboration with top-tier barristers. It’s an ideal opportunity for a lawyer looking to diversify their experience and enhance their career.

Key Requirements

- 2–3 years PAE with experience in Criminal, or Family Law (PRIVATE PRACTICE)
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain a client-focused approach
- Ability to achieve billable targets of 4.5-6 hours per day
- Motivated to progress career and lead a team
