Moxy Sydney Airport is seeking an energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B; operations across the hotel, including bars, outlets and events spaces. You will build a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability while delivering the playful Moxy spirit.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage staff rosters, control costs, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximise guest engagement and revenue.
