About the Opportunity

Located just 15 minutes from Launceston in the picturesque hills of Relbia, Josef Chromy Wines is a destination for world-class cool-climate wines and hatted fine-dining. We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals and those eager to learn to join our dynamic Front of House team. Whether you thrive in the fast-paced environment of an established restaurant or love the energy of weddings and corporate events, we have a place for you.

We’d love for you to join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Here's the details:

Restaurant Waiter

- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience.
- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Availability for a flexible roster, including weekends and some evenings.

Bar & Brasserie Staff

- Minimum 2 years of bar experience.
- Wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus (but not essential).
- Strong availability for weekend and evening shifts.

Event Staff

- Experience in a cafe, restaurant, or event setting.
- Must be comfortable with later finishes for weddings and corporate functions.
- Reliable, energetic, and a great team player.
