The Role:

If you love plants and enjoy helping people, this casual Horticulturist position could be a great fit. This role offers the potential to progress to full-time employment for the right person. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast‑paced team where you’ll create a welcoming experience for every visitor. You will do this by sharing your plant knowledge, guide customers with confidence to close a sale, whilst maintaining a tidy and well‑presented work areas. Multiple casual positions available at our Garden Centre's in Prospect, Glenhaven, Enfield and Taren Point.

What We Need From You:





- Certificate III in Horticulture or a similar qualification is favourable
- A motivated, hands‑on mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor work and a vibrant team environment
- Strong customer service and sales abilities
- 1–2 years of experience in a retail nursery setting is preferred
- Clear, qualified communication skills - written and verbal
- A positive, energetic approach and willingness to collaborate
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
