Casual Female Aged Care Support Workers - Western Sydney
The Co-Group are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to provide domestic assistance services to older Australians living independently in their homes across Western Sydney.
As we continue to welcome new aged care clients, we are looking for a dedicated support worker who enjoys helping others maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. While individual shifts are generally 2 hours in duration , we are committed to combining multiple client visits where possible to create consistent and meaningful work opportunities.
Duties include, however not limited to:
- General household cleaning and tidying
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Laundry and linen changes
- Meal preparation assistance
- Grocery shopping and household errands
- Supporting clients to maintain a protected and comfortable home environment
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients
Requirements
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Access to acomprehensive insured car with 5 seats
- NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
