CAR-T Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a highly skilled, clinically expert, and patient-centred nursing professional who demonstrates advanced practice capabilities in cellular therapies, haematology, oncology, and complex care coordination

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). At least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time experience in the malignant haematology care field. An approved post graduate nursing qualifications in Haematology/Cancer Nursing or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.

- Please describe your experience in the care of patients undergoing CAR-T cell therapy or other cellular therapies. Include your involvement across the patient journey, from referral work and work up to infusion and post treatment monitoring

- Provide an example of how you have led or contributed to quality improvement, patient safety or service development initiative. Describe your role and the impact of the initiative.

- Describe your experience in providing education, mentoring or support to families, nursing staff or other health care professionals. How did you assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of your approach?
