Impact Advising is partnering with UNHCR to grow Australia for UNHCR's mid-value donor program. The Philanthropy Manager will lead strategy, engagement and stewardship for donors giving between $1,000 and $10,000 annually, driving retention and growth.

You will work with internal teams to deliver personalised donor experiences, lead campaigns, and identify growth opportunities while fostering a culture of data-led improvement in a rapid-paced environment.
