As a Commercial Property Claims Executive, you will be:

- Handling end-to-end claims processes for Commercial Property insurance
- Appointing and managing loss adjusters and service providers where appropriate
- Conducting thorough investigations into claims, including site visits if required, to assess validity and value
- Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.

- Proven and recent experience in Commercial Property claims within general insurance from an insurer, underwriting agency or TPA.
- A strong understanding of Commercial Property insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulations
- Solid verbal communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously under tight deadlines
- High proficiency in claims management systems and standard business software (e.g., MS Office)
