Your day to day

This role will require a polished, poised host who excels as the welcoming face of our premium luxury Bar venues.

You will greet and seat guests as they enter the venues, managing seating &, providing menus and answering any questions.

Ensure that communication with the bar and kitchen teams is seamless, providing guests with a luxury experience.

Ability to manage phone enquiries, OpenTable platform and walk in guests.

Part‑time and Casual Roles Available

What we need from you





Previous experience as a Host preferably within in a premium venue

Understanding of bar and restaurant operations

You will have experience in liaising with high‑profile clientele

Experience in booking platforms and the reservations process desirable- we use Open Table

An attentive approach to guest engagement and ability to build rapport quickly

Attention to detail at every level and ability to juggle competing priorities

Immaculate presentation and grooming - we are a luxury venue

Current NSW RSA Certificate
