THE ROLE Our current nurse injector is booked to capacity, so we're welcoming a second Registered Nurse to help meet demand and deliver the tailored, unhurried care we're known for. Our clients value subtle, natural-looking outcomes and trust us for long-term treatment planning rather than quick fixes. You'll consult, treat and build lasting relationships with clients who come back and refer their friends.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own client relationships while being supported by an experienced team whenever you need it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Deliver anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments safely and confidently
- Perform PDO thread procedures (including COG lifting threads) and keep developing advanced skills
- Conduct thorough consultations and treatment planning
- Recommend skin treatments and homecare
- Maintain clinical documentation and photography
- Follow infection control and medical governance requirements




- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional care
- Work closely with the wider clinic team

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Cosmetic injecting experience (anti-wrinkle and dermal filler) with a safety-first approach
- Experience with PDO COG lifting threads is highly regarded. If you haven't performed these treatments before, we'll provide training but you'll need a genuine commitment to developing this skill as PDO threads are a core part of the role.
- Sound understanding of facial anatomy and complication management
- Current professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Availability for 1–2 weekdays plus alternating Saturdays

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in skin treatments, particularly skin needling
- Familiarity with peels, dermaplaning, PRP, HIFU and IPL
- An existing clientele you can bring with you
- Experience using Phorest (or a similar practice-management system)

TEAM STRUCTURE

You'll report to the clinic owner/manager and work alongside our established nurse injector under our clinic's medical governance arrangements. You'll be part of a close-knit team of nine — including skin therapists, a cosmetic tattoo artist and lash technician — with reception and management support behind you. This is a hands-on treating role with no direct reports.
