The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager is responsible for leading site-wide supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, incoming sampling, and logistics to ensure the reliable manufacture, supply, and delivery of Pb-212 radiopharmaceuticals. The role oversees demand planning, material management, MRP/ERP systems and master data governance, and supply chain risk management to support uninterrupted operations and regulatory compliance. The incumbent translates demand forecasts into executable production and supply plans, drives continuous improvement, and develops scalable systems, processes, and organizational capabilities to support clinical and future commercial operations.
Working closely with clinical supply teams, contract manufacturing organizations, and logistics providers, the role ensures effective end-to-end supply chain execution. The role also contributes to the Supply Chain and Logistics strategic planning, organizational development, and cross-functional decision-making to achieve business objectives and support the site's growth into full GMP manufacturing.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain planning and execution, including production scheduling, isotope availability, inventory management, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted product supply
Oversee materials planning, procurement, warehouse operations, and logistics to support just-in-time (JIT) delivery of Pb-212 radiopharmaceutical products
Own site-wide planning processes, including demand and supply planning, safety stock strategies, and integration of supply chain requirements into business and strategic plans
Drive cross-functional supply chain governance and issue resolution, proactively addressing supply risks, shortages, delays, and vendor-related challenges
Develop and maintain planning systems, dashboards, KPIs, and master data governance (materials, BOMs, recipes, and resources) to enable effective decision-making and operational control
Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on performance management, resource optimization, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and supply reliability
Build organizational capability and readiness for GMP manufacturing operations, supporting scale-up, technology transfer, facility expansion, and commercialization activities
Partner with Quality, Regulatory, R&D;, CMC, Clinical, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to execute manufacturing strategies and achieve site objectives
Oversee supply agreements and collaborate with Quality and Legal teams on contract management and negotiations
Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, DOT, IATA, TGA, and other applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining inspection readiness and supporting audits and inspections
Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to all site and corporate HSE and quality standards
Contribute to corporate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities,
aligning operational execution with business objectives
Champion the company's mission, values, and culture by developing a high-performing, engaged organization that supports innovation, growth, and operational excellence Experience, Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in supply chain, business administration, engineering or related technical function. 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent, with significant experience in warehousing, planning, and logistics operations
5+ years of supply chain experience and 3+ years of logistics operational experience
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, including safety, security, and import/export compliance
In-depth understanding of logistics and planning tools (i.e. demand management, forecasting tools, forecasting processes, manufacturing orders, bills of materials) with the ability to integrate manufacturing, logistics, and planning at a systems level
5+ years of leadership experience building and managing teams
Robust knowledge of regulations governing the transport, storage, distribution, and disposal of radioactive materials, including TGA, ARPANSA, IATA, ADG Code, and applicable state and federal requirements
Strong leadership, operational strategy and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent communication skills and robust analytical problem-solving skills
Experience in just-in-time GMP manufacturing of radiopharmaceuticals, scaling site operations from clinical to commercial environments, and building supply chain operations for a new manufacturing site is desirable
