About the Opportunity An exceptional prospect has arisen for an experienced Tax & Business Services Director or Senior Manager ready to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to equity within 12–24 months.

Due to a planned retirement, a significant portfolio is being transitioned and split across the business, creating the opportunity for a commercially minded leader to take ownership of an established client base while contributing to the firm's future growth and succession plans.

The Opportunity You will inherit a well-established portfolio generating approximately $2.3 million in annual fees, supported by a highly experienced and stable team. This role is heavily focused on client relationships, technical review work and high-level advisory services rather than day-to-day compliance.

The firm has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months and continues to attract quality clients through referrals and reputation, meaning there is no expectation for aggressive business development.

Team Structure

You will be supported by an experienced team including:

- 1 Intermediate Accountant
- 2 Senior Accountants
- 1 Manager with more than 10 years' tenure

In addition, the firm is recruiting another Manager with aspirations towards future partnership, further strengthening the leadership structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of approximately $2.3 million in fees
- Review complex compliance and taxation work prepared by the team
- Deliver high-level tax planning and business advisory services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
- Mentor and develop team members
- Contribute to strategic planning and future leadership initiatives




- Play a key role in the firm's succession and equity plans

About You

- CA or CPA qualified
- Extensive experience within Public Practice Accounting
- Currently operating at Director, Associate Director or Senior Manager level
- Strong technical tax and business advisory expertise
- Proven experience managing client relationships and reviewing work
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop staff
- Looking for a genuine pathway to ownership and long-term career progression
