At Hairhouse Kotara, you'll help lead and inspire a team across retail and salon — driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

You’ll work along side the Franchisee to identify opportunities to grow sales, coach and mentor your team to hit KPIs, ensure outstanding customer service across all areas, and maintain a well-presented, well-stocked store that aligns with brand guidelines.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years’ retail leadership experience, strong people management and organisational skills, and a proven ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets. A passion for hair and beauty is a must — any industry experience is a bonus.
