About this location:

Ideally located on the Gold Coast, in close proximity to Robina Town Centre, Bolton Clarke's Villa Serena provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential setting. Villa Serena is a Tuscan-style home with grand courtyard.

The Role

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people's lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.

Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times

Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors

Dusting, polishing and general tidying

Cleaning bathroom facilities

Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards,



tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room

Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.

Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

To be successful, you will have:

Willingness to take direction from others

Reliability and shift flexibility

Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
