Current South Wales Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA) is seeking an Industrial Officer to advance industrial interests across NSW, focusing on private hospitals and aged care. You will support bargaining, provide expert advice, and drive member-centred campaigns within a high-density, action-focused team.

The role is full-time, based in Waterloo, with hybrid working, five weeks annual leave, and a range of employee benefits.
