A leading national firm is seeking a Property Lawyer or Associate (3–7 years PAE) to join its growing Real Estate practice in Sydney where your focus will be be on significant commercial property and infrastucture projects.
This is a unique prospect to work within a large national practice, advising on high-value transactions across both public and private sector clients. While the role is Sydney-based, the work is closely connected to a growing regional practice, offering exposure to major projects across the Newcastle and Hunter region. Occasional travel to Newcastle will be required.
The Role
Working closely with senior lawyers in the team, you will be involved in:
- Crown land, easements and regulatory matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Property development and major projects
- Commercial,
retail and government leasing
- Large-scale due diligence and transactions
About You
- 3–7 years PAE in commercial property law
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- Commercial, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage files and build client relationships
- Interest in working across both metro and regional matters
