Snr IAM Engineer- IGA- Sailpoint or Saviynt- Developer exp - 12 month contract

A leading university is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer - for a 12 month contract. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone with deep expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and extensive experience delivering enterprise IAM solutions using SailPoint or Saviynt.
Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint or Saviynt.
- Develop custom workflows, connectors, APIs, plugins, and integrations to support business and security requirements.
- Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, HR systems, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and custom applications.
- Develop automation to improve provisioning, governance, reporting, and compliance.
- Collaborate with security architects, infrastructure teams, application owners,



and business stakeholders to deliver secure identity solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM and integration issues across enterprise environments.
- Contribute to architecture, technical standards, and best practices for IAM and IGA capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with a solid focus on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing and supporting SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud) or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud.
- Strong software development background is essential. You should have proven experience designing and building custom integrations, workflows, and automation
