Position Classification: Enrolled Nurse

Remuneration: $37.83 - $41.10 per hour + Superannuation

Hours Per Week: 20.5 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, effective and culturally responsive care. You’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through their treatment journey while developing your clinical capabilities.

In this role you will:

- Assist in the assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care
- Communicate and document accurate, timely patient information
- Build therapeutic relationships with patients, carers and colleagues
- Prioritise tasks to meet patient care objectives efficiently
- Promote ongoing learning and adhere to professional standards

- Current enrolment including medication endorsement with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency. (Enrolled Nurse – Division

- Post endorsement experience within an acute facility and/or previous clinical experience within Renal nursing
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to work effectively within a team
- Demonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbal
- Patient centred approach to care underpinned by evidence based practice
- Commitment to quality improvement opportunities and involvement in same
