About the company Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts and Procurement Officer who has specialised in IT to join their busy team. A great opportunity to join a thriving team on a temporary assignment to Fri, 27 Nov 2026.
About the role - Develop and manage a contract management framework including contract templates, guidelines, and processes.
- Review and analyse IT contracts in line with legal, regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Contract administration including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Stakeholder engagement including contract owners, procurement and legal teams.
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Participate in quote and tender process including collation, assessment and selection. About you - You will have proven experience working in procurement and contracts, and have specialised experience working with IT contracts.
- You will have a strong understanding of the procurement process,
contract law and associated governance.
- You will have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- You will be versatile and adaptable to working across multiple contracts at any one time, and able to manage your time and priorities accordingly.
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills, and strong experience using contract management systems.
