Westernport Water is seeking a passionate People & Culture Advisor to join our team on an ongoing, full-time basis. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on culture and a positive employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
You'll maintain HR records in SAP SuccessFactors, provide guidance to managers, build solid stakeholder relationships and help develop policies and programs across wellbeing, inclusion and performance development.
