The North Face: Assistant Store Manager – Pacific Fair

Your Role

Assist in leading a team and drive sales while sharing your knowledge of the great outdoors as part of the exciting opening of our brand‑new The North Face store at Pacific Fair. As Assistant Store Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Sales
- Visual Merchandising
- Management of Inventory
- 37.5 hours per week

You will also have the opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Manager role in any of his/her absences to show us what you’ve got.

Qualifications

- You enjoy and regularly participate in hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, and travel.




- Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, or 2–3 years experience in a retail sales role.
- Computer literate.
- Able to lead a dynamic team setting with strong leadership skills.
