Essential Criteria for Educator Diploma /Certificate III:

- Develop, plan and implement a quality childcare and education program in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Communicate positively & openly with children and their families.
- Create a stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support development.
- Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development.
- Assist children in daily routines and meal times.
- Respond to the emotional needs of the children.




- Maintain up to date records for each child within the group.
- Support and work collaboratively with your team and assist and support the nominated supervisor in the general day-to-day running of the service.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- A Diploma OR Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification as recognised by ACECQA.
- VIC Working with Children Check.
- A Senior First Aid Certificate inclusive of asthma and anaphylaxis training.
- A passion for working in the Early Childhood industry.
- A outstanding work ethic and strong written and verbal communication skills.
