Shape the future of digital at Nestlé! Looking for a role where you can influence how technology drives customer experiences, eCommerce growth, and digital innovation? We are seeking an IT Digital Services Specialist to join our Digital Technology team and help deliver digital transformation initiatives across Nestlé Oceania. This is a fixed-term contract until January 2027. Working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and business, you’ll partner with stakeholders to bring digital ideas to life, from websites and eCommerce platforms to customer engagement solutions and emerging technologies. This is a fantastic chance for a curious, commercially minded technology professional who enjoys solving problems, driving change, and turning business needs into digital solutions.

A day in the life

- Shape and deliver the Oceania Digital & Social technology roadmap.
- Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, and business teams to understand challenges and identify technology solutions.
- Gather requirements, map processes, and help shape future‑state digital roadmaps.
- Work with global teams, digital agencies, and technology partners to deliver impactful projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital platforms, integrations, security, and emerging technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement across Nestlé's digital ecosystem.

What Will Make You Successful

- Experience in Digital Technology, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, MarTech, eCommerce, or a related IT field.




- Proven ability to turn business needs into impactful digital solutions.
- Experience working across digital platforms, websites, customer data, CRM, or marketing technology.
- Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise digital platforms.
- Exposure to technologies such as Salesforce, Sitecore, Shopify, Magento, Drupal, SAP Hybris, or similar.
- Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- A confident communicator and relationship‑builder who can bridge the gap between business and technology.
- Curious, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation.
