Do you have what it takes to become a Partnership Support Specialist?

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnership Support Specialist to act as the central coordination point between our Partnerships team, finance partners, internal stakeholders, and customers. This role focuses on supporting employer onboarding, maintaining compliance requirements, driving stakeholder engagement, and providing visibility across our partnership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of new employer customers.
- Manage AML/CTF and other compliance requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between Business Development Managers, finance partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Support internal stakeholders with lease and partnership‑related enquiries.
- Respond to partner and customer queries with accurate and timely information.
- Maintain reporting and pipeline visibility through CRM systems and dashboards.
- Ensure all activities meet regulatory, governance, and audit requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and partner experience.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience in financial services, novated leasing, salary packaging, lending, or a related industry will be highly regarded.
