Looking to step beyond pure consulting into a client ownership + growth role?

Join Lockton’s People Solutions team and take the lead in managing a portfolio of clients—delivering practical WHS solutions, building trusted relationships, and driving real impact across safety and wellbeing.

What you’ll do:

- Own key client relationships
- Deliver and oversee WHS projects end-to-end
- Provide expert advice across risk, compliance & systems
- Identify opportunities to grow and expand services

You bring:

- 7–8+ years WHS experience
- Consulting and/or client management background
- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial mindset
- Work with a collaborative, high‑performing team where your expertise and relationships truly matter.
