We're currently seeking 2 experienced Boilermakers for an ongoing workshop-based project in Dubbo, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with excellent pay rates, generous allowances, and consistent hours in a workshop environment that is not impacted by weather.

What's on Offer?
- $51.23 per hour
- Overtime penalties paid at:
- 1.5x (Time & a Half)
- 2x (Double Time)
- $840 per week LAHA
- $16 daily travel allowance
- $23 meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
- Consistent work for 3–6 months
- Workshop-based role – no weather delays
- Immediate start available
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10–11.5 hour days
- Every second Saturday currently rostered
- Potential for additional Saturday work as project requirements increase
The Role
Working within a busy fabrication workshop, your duties will include:
- Welding and fabrication work
- Grinding and finishing
- Light to heavy fabrication
- Modifying shipping containers
- Building switchrooms and modular structures
- Constructing and assembling steel frames
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
- Working safely and efficiently within a team setting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker)
- Previous workshop fabrication experience
- Strong welding and fabrication skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
- Available to commence ASAP
Location
This position is based in Dubbo, NSW, approximately 5 hours west of Sydney. Ideal for candidates seeking regional work with excellent allowances, long hours, and strong weekly earning potential.
