ManpowerGroup is seeking a self-sufficient Estimator to manage commercial and government tenders in Recent South Wales. You will take ownership from document review through to pricing recommendations on projects typically valued between $1m and $5m, with larger bids up to $12m.
This role is not junior; you will control the tender process, identify gaps or risks early, and work with directors and delivery teams to ensure accurate submission and robust pricing decisions across multiple packages.
