Thrill Events is on the lookout for confident, outgoing staff to run team-based games and group activities in a dynamic setting!
Job Details:
Date: Tuesday 25th August 2026
Time: 10.30am - 1.30pm
Location: Melbourne CBD venue
Your Role will include:
- Welcome participants - Year 12 Students
- Confidently host / instruct team activities
- Deliver clear instructions in a fun and engaging way
- Facilitate fun and engaging team challenges with energy and professionalism
- Coordinate and organise to ensure smooth event delivery
- Distribute and manage activity equipment
- Score and oversee activities
- Motivate participants and encourage engagement
- Maintain safety standards and follow protocols
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Confident public speaking and group engagement skills
- Strong communication and instruction-giving abilities
- Experience leading and delivering group activities
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate staff under time pressure
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Energetic, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm, responsive and safety-aware
- Comfortable facilitating physical, outdoor or active team activities
- Reliable, punctual,
and able to follow structured run-sheets
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of instructors
- Professional presentation and robust interpersonal skills
- CURRENT VALID WWCC
Pay rate: Rate based on experience and responsibilities
