Newcastle Anglican is seeking permanent part-time Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader (Cert IV) at Bishop Tyrell Place in Cundletown to join a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care homes.
You will lead and mentor a care team under supervision, ensuring appropriate allocation of staff to Resident care needs and effective orientation of current employees, while supporting team members in all aspects of their work.
