Expertise and experience
· Minimum 5 years’ PAE in Property Law.
· Experience and interest in sales and purchases of residential and commercial real estate, including off-
the-plan developments, leasing documentation for landlord and/or tenant.
· Knowledge of all property related legislation
· Demonstrates consistent technical excellence and the ability to identify key legal and commercial issues.
· Ability to run matters with minimal supervision.
· Builds and maintains robust client relationships.

· Demonstrates strong financial acumen and business development capability, achieving budget.
