Autobarn, part of Bapcor, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales across our Australian network. You will work closely with the Store Manager to coach a frontline team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure the store runs safely and efficiently.
In this role you will be responsible for creating a positive store setting, achieving KPIs, managing inventory, and supporting continuous training and development for staff.
