E4 People is currently seeking experienced and reliable Professional Care Assistant (PCA) to join our casual team supporting aged care facilities in Gold Coast.

About the role

You will provide high-quality care and support to residents across a variety of aged care facilities. Shifts are available across AM, PM & Night Duty, with flexibility to suit your availability.

E4 People partners with over 150 aged care providers across QLD. Our mission is to connect skilled healthcare professionals with facilities that need reliable, compassionate staff to deliver outstanding care.

Requirements





- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability
- Minimum 6 months' paid aged care experience in Australia following completion of your certificate
- Current National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Valid NDIS Worker Clearance Check
- Up-to-date Flu & COVID-19 vaccinations
- Full Australian working rights
- 2-4 days AM/PM availability
- Reliable transport
